Daily practice
Meditation & Puja
The shrine room is open daily for chanting and devotion. Morning, noon and evening puja bring the community together for Paritta and devotional chanting; quiet meditation is part of daily practice and of the monthly Poya (full-moon) observance, when Sil is also kept.
